What We Collect

When you submit one of our estimate forms, M&M collects what you entered. Depending on the form, that is:

• Your name and phone number, which are required
• Your email address, street address, city and ZIP code, where you provide them
• The roofing service you need and anything you write about your project
• Technical details that come with the submission: the page you submitted from, the page title, the website that referred you, the time you submitted, and any campaign or click identifiers in the link you followed to reach us
• Whether you ticked the permission-to-contact box, along with the wording you agreed to

We do not ask for and have no use for payment details, financial information, or government identification numbers. Please do not send them through this website.

Why We Collect It

To answer your request. Your contact details let us call or email you back about the estimate you asked for, and the project details mean the person who calls already knows something about your roof. The technical details tell us which pages and campaigns actually produce requests, so we know what is worth keeping.

Who Sees It

Before you submit the roof calculator, address-search text is sent to Mapbox after a short delay so it can return suggestions. If you select a suggestion, the returned location is used during that calculator session for the service-area hint and optional satellite confirmation image. Mapbox also receives technical request data under its Product Privacy Policy.

The instant roof estimate contact form is delivered directly to our GoHighLevel customer relationship system. Other website forms may first pass through an n8n automation before reaching GoHighLevel. These service providers process submissions on our behalf so the M&M Roofing team can receive, organize and respond to your request.

We do not sell the contact information you submit, and we do not share it with other roofing companies or lead-generation services. Submitting a form here does not put you on a list that other contractors then call. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process that information only to deliver messages on M&M Roofing's behalf.

Calls, Texts and Consent

Ticking the permission box on a form means you agree we may reach you by phone, text or email about your roofing request. Message and data rates may apply. Agreeing is never a condition of buying anything from us.

You can withdraw that permission at any time. Reply STOP to a text, tell us on a call, or phone (954) 737-3171 and ask us to stop contacting you. We will.

Cookies and Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to measure visits, page views, ad performance and successful estimate requests. These tools may use cookies and receive technical details such as your browser or device, the page you visited, referring information, approximate location and advertising click identifiers. The Meta Pixel may also help us create audiences of website visitors for advertising on Facebook and Instagram.

Our Meta Lead event is sent only after an estimate request is successfully delivered. Our site code does not send Meta your name, phone number, email address, street address or free-form project message. You can block cookies in your browser and the website will still work. You can also review your settings in Meta Ad Preferences.

How Long We Keep It

Your request stays in the business owner's email records so there is a history of the work discussed and any warranty conversation that follows. If you would rather it were deleted, ask us and we will remove it.

Your Choices

Call (954) 737-3171 and you can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, delete it, or stop contacting you. You do not need a reason and there is no charge.

Children

This is a roofing website intended for property owners. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes and Contact
